CalcOrchard ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://calcorchard.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Information we collect
All calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store any numbers or data that you enter into our calculators. Your calculations stay on your device.
Like most websites, our web server automatically logs standard access information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used only for security and service operation, and is not linked to any personal identity.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this website. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google AdSense — advertising. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Fonts — font delivery via
fonts.googleapis.com. No user data is stored by Google Fonts beyond standard web server logs. - Open Exchange Rates — live exchange rate data used by the Currency Converter. See their privacy policy at openexchangerates.org/privacy.
- Partnerize (Performance Horizon Group) — affiliate attribution for outbound links to partners such as Wise. A small measurement tag loads on each page and lets us know if a visitor who clicked a partner link later signed up. The tag does not read the numbers you enter into calculators. Analytics
We run a lightweight first-party analytics beacon that records anonymous, aggregate page-view counts and a small number of product events (for example, when a visitor clicks through to buy our toolkit). The beacon records only the URL path, an anonymised country code derived from the request headers, and the referring domain. It does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses in our database, and does not profile individual visitors. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.
Products we sell directly
We sell a paid Excel toolkit (the "£100k Trap Escape Toolkit") through Gumroad. Gumroad is the merchant of record — they handle payment, receipts, and refunds directly. We do not receive or store your payment details. See Gumroad's own privacy policy for how they handle your purchase data.
Children's privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted.
